1. Introduction

ArbolPro Services LLC (“ArbolPro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website located at arbolproservices.com (the “Site”). We provide professional tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, debris removal, and emergency tree services to residential homeowners, homeowners associations, and commercial properties in Palm Beach County, Broward County, and surrounding areas in Florida.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our Site, how we collect and use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have regarding your information. This policy applies to all visitors to our Site, including prospective customers who submit contact forms, return visitors reached through our Google Ads campaigns, and anyone who interacts with embedded Google Maps or other third-party content on our pages.

By using this Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with our Site. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions: When you submit a request for an estimate, a service inquiry, or an emergency call-back through the contact forms on our Site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the message you submit. We may also collect your property address or service location if you include it in your message.
  • Direct communications: If you contact us by phone, email, or through our Google Business Profile, we retain records of those communications to respond to your request and maintain service continuity.

We do not collect payment information through our website. ArbolPro does not process online payments. All billing is handled offline after services are performed.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically by our website platform, analytics tools, and advertising services. This may include:

  • Browser and device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • IP address and approximate location: Your IP address, which may indicate your approximate geographic location at the city or region level.
  • Pages visited and time on site: Which pages you visited, how long you spent on each page, which page you arrived from, and which page you exited to.
  • Cookie identifiers: Unique identifiers placed on your device by cookies, used by analytics and advertising services described in Section 5.
  • Referring source: The URL of the website or search result that directed you to our Site, or the Google Ads keyword that triggered the ad you clicked.

We do not collect this information directly — it is collected by the third-party services described in this policy, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information through the following methods:

Contact Forms (Contact Form 7)

Our website uses Contact Form 7, a plugin for WordPress, to power the estimate request and contact forms on our Site. When you submit a form, the information you enter (name, phone, email, message) is transmitted to us by email and may also be stored temporarily in our WordPress database. We do not share Contact Form 7 submission data with any advertising platform.

Cookies

Our Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device when you visit a web page. We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function. These include security tokens associated with WordPress. These cookies do not track you across other websites and cannot be disabled without breaking the Site.
  • Analytics cookies: Placed by Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use our Site. These cookies collect information about pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. See Section 5.1 for details and opt-out instructions.
  • Advertising cookies: Placed by Google Ads to track conversions and to enable remarketing. See Section 5.2 for details and opt-out instructions.

You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or through Google’s ad settings at g.co/adsettings.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy tracking scripts on our Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data — it acts as a container that fires the Google Analytics and Google Ads tags described in Section 5. All data collection through those tags is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Third-Party Embeds (Google Maps)

Some pages on our Site include embedded Google Maps. When you view a page containing a Google Maps embed, Google’s servers receive a request from your browser and may collect your IP address and browser information, even if you do not interact with the map. This data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through our Site for the following purposes:

  • To respond to service inquiries: When you submit a contact form or call us, we use your name, phone number, and email address to respond to your request, schedule an on-site estimate, or provide information about our services.
  • To schedule estimates and jobs: We use your contact information and service location to coordinate on-site assessments and tree service appointments.
  • To improve our website: We use data from Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate our Site, which pages are most useful, and where visitors drop off.
  • To serve relevant advertising: We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We may use remarketing data to show ArbolPro advertisements to previous visitors of our Site when they browse other websites or use Google Search.
  • To comply with legal obligations: We may retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a request from a law enforcement agency with proper authority.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling for credit or insurance purposes, or any purpose incompatible with the purposes listed above.

5. Google Services

5.1 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our Site, including which pages were visited, how long each session lasted, and what source brought the visitor to the Site. The data collected by GA4 is transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers. We have configured GA4 to anonymize IP addresses before they are stored.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5.2 Google Ads and Remarketing

Conversion Tracking: We use the Google Ads conversion tracking feature to measure what happens after a visitor clicks one of our advertisements. When a visitor submits a contact form on our Site after clicking an ad, a conversion is recorded. This helps us understand which ads and keywords are driving contact requests.

Remarketing / Retargeting: We may use Google’s remarketing feature to show ArbolPro advertisements to visitors who have previously visited our Site when they are browsing other websites within the Google Display Network or searching on Google. Remarketing cookies are placed on your device when you visit our Site and expire after a set period.

To opt out of Google Ads personalized advertising, visit g.co/adsettings. You may also opt out through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org.

5.3 Google Maps

Certain pages on our Site embed Google Maps. When your browser loads a page containing a Google Maps embed, it sends a request directly to Google’s servers, which may collect your IP address and other browser information. ArbolPro does not control this data collection. It is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5.4 Google Business Profile

ArbolPro maintains a Google Business Profile listing that appears in Google Search and Google Maps. If you contact us through our Google Business Profile — by clicking to call, sending a message, or leaving a review — that interaction is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Information you provide through Google Business Profile is accessible to Google and may be visible to the public as applicable to the nature of the interaction.

6. How We Share Your Information

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information.

ArbolPro Services does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined by the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and other applicable privacy laws.

6.1 Third-Party Service Providers We Use

We share data with the following third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate our Site and business:

  • Google LLC: We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile. Data shared with Google is described in Section 5. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Website Hosting Provider: Our Site is hosted on a third-party server. Our hosting provider may process technical log data as part of routine server operations. Our host does not access the content of contact form submissions.
  • WordPress and Plugins: Our Site is built on the WordPress platform using the Elementor page builder, the Rank Math SEO plugin, and the Contact Form 7 plugin. These tools may store configuration or form data within our WordPress database, which is hosted on our server. We do not share form submission data with plugin vendors.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any marketing company, data broker, or third-party advertiser for their independent use.

6.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process — including a valid court order, subpoena, or request from a government authority with proper jurisdiction. Where legally permissible, we will notify you before disclosing your information in response to such a request.

6.3 Business Transfers

If ArbolPro Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

  • Contact form submissions: Information submitted through our contact forms is retained in our WordPress database and email records for up to 24 months from the date of submission. After that period, we delete or de-identify submission records unless an active customer relationship requires longer retention.
  • Google Analytics data: GA4 data is retained in Google’s systems for 14 months by default, as configured in our GA4 account. Aggregate, anonymized analytical data may be retained longer.
  • Google Ads data: Conversion and remarketing data associated with Google Ads is governed by Google’s retention policies. Remarketing lists typically expire within 30 to 540 days depending on configuration.
  • Email correspondence: Business email records, including responses to customer inquiries, are retained for up to 3 years for business continuity and dispute resolution purposes.

If you would like to request deletion of your personal information before the end of these retention periods, please see Section 9 (Your Rights).

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information collected through our Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption: Our Site uses HTTPS with an active SSL certificate. All data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted in transit.
  • Secure hosting: Our Site is hosted on a managed hosting platform with server-level security controls, regular software updates, and firewall protection.
  • WordPress security: We maintain up-to-date versions of WordPress, our theme, and all plugins, and we use strong administrative credentials.
  • Limited access: Access to our WordPress administrative panel and email accounts is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Despite these measures, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. If you believe your information may have been compromised, please contact us immediately at customerservices@arbolproservices.com.

9. Your Privacy Rights — Florida Residents

Florida Digital Bill of Rights (SB 262)

If you are a resident of Florida, you have specific privacy rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Senate Bill 262, effective July 1, 2024). ArbolPro Services honors these rights as described below.

Right to Know

You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access that data. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you. Upon receiving a verified request, we will correct inaccurate information within a reasonable period.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you. We will honor deletion requests to the extent that the information is not required to be retained for legal, contractual, or legitimate business purposes — such as records of an active service agreement or ongoing legal dispute.

Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

You have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising. To opt out of Google’s targeted advertising on our Site, visit g.co/adsettings. You may also clear your browser cookies and decline non-essential cookies on your next visit to our Site.

To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us by email at customerservices@arbolproservices.com with the subject line “Florida Privacy Request.” Please include your name, contact information, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days of receipt. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. ArbolPro Services provides professional tree care services to adult homeowners, property managers, and business owners.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us at customerservices@arbolproservices.com so we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the third-party services we use. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
